Individuals jobs including Carpentry in Picton, Ontario

We just purchased a home close to Picton, and we have quite a list of small and big jobs. Primarily we would like to get the basement updated.

Basement reno (small space only 630 sq ft, rough-in done for bathroom) it is a new build, unfinished

Looking for handy person: 1) to put up 2 mirrors, 2)switch out a light fixture 3) put up hooks in garage 4) stain deck 5) expand the pantry, close a door and replace with drywall.

I have a bathroom floor that is rotten by the toilet, that needs repair the small area around the toilet. then i need a new seal kit , so with the floor fixed then the toilet will be sturdy and level. need someone that can repair this before winter and make it safe for us to use. someone not over priced if possible. someone with experience in plumbing repair and floors.

Need help dismantling/taking down an existing wood fence around the deck to help prepare for new install. Asap
