I need some odd jobs man who knows minor plumbing related, wooden floor lay out, painting, door fixing etc. jobs done.

Looking for handyman services for regular maintenance of a small office (2800 sq ft) stand alone building. Can work with per job or monthly service fee.

I recently retired and moved here from Colorado. The email I just sent lists the current handyman tasks. A friend's son has been helping me but because she is recovering from very recent cancer surgery and now has begun treatment he is unavailable Some furniture assembly, shelf hanging, curtain rods install, & ceiling fan install (box already in ceiling).

Commercial Building Maintenance on the need basis. Mostly little bit of carpentry, small electrical job, small repairs etc.

Interior painting, small plumbing jobs (unclog sink, fix small leaks), install bathroom fixtures, repair kitchen cabinets, install blinds, repair gate, intall flooring (laminate), intall new bathroom tub, repair small holes in walls, etc...

Fix broken items, such as chairs,wooden file cabinets, bookcases. Hang pictures, etc. on plaster and regular dry walls. Touch up paint on walls, fix toilets that don't flush well, install shower heads, wash hard to reach windows, clean table fans (maybe take apart to get the insides clean), replace smoke alarms and similar tasks.
