I have done apartment maintenance for over 6 years and was a supervisor for a large portion of that time. Most recently I ran a property of over 285 units. I hold certifications in a variety of expertise in and around residential living ranging from HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, appliances, etc. I am interested in helping out anyone needing a project completed or at least giving good advice to a do-it-yourselfer!
