Hello, we have a Rowhome with balloon construction that needs a baseboard installed on the second floor along the exterior wall. Right now it is a 12’ by 6” hole that exposes the studs, cellulose insulation and fiber glass insulation. We would need baseboards and shoe rail around an interior corner, more quarter round up one corner of the wall and some shoring up of the insulation before the baseboard goes on.
