Handyman Job in Walnut Creek, California

Hi, I have a townhouse in walnut creek and there is a bedroom that is next to the kitchen. At the moment the rooms are separated by folding doors which are a bit flimsy and do not stop the noise between the rooms since there is a big gap at the bottom of the doors. The doors also do not close properly. I would like to replace the solid core red oak bifold doors with a metal running track so that the doors do not swing around. Also a door stop and rubber seal at the bottom of the door to block out sound and help insulate. Another small job I needed help with was installing the existing front door handleset with a new one.
