Student Housing Apartment Maintenance/Handyman Person Needed IMMEDIATELY! Temp Assignment close to WWU compensation: 13.00 DOE JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a reliable hard working maintenance person to join our team to assist in the general maintenance of our apartment complexes. We have 78 apartment units in total all 4 bdrm 2 bath units. The Candidate will be part of a 3 person team making sure that the property is kept clean and preparing prompt turnaround of vacancies. Start immediately through September. Responsibilities include: grounds pick up, sweeping, light landscaping, weeding, keeping garbage/recycle collection areas clean of debris, some painting, carpet cleaning, wash walls, check plumbing and electrical, overall general maintaining the grounds and assisting the maintenance manager as needed getting apartments ready for new tenants.P/T until June then possible F/T.
