Several jobs of different sizes need done around the house I just closed on. Biggest and most urgent job is in the kitchen.
-remove granite countertop
-trim down countertop and refinish edge
-remove upper and lower cabinets
-re-install only 1 set of cabinets
-re-install countertop
Possibly require a waterline split off from the kitchen sink to location of fridge.
Corner section of sheetrock/mudding needs to be re-done
Possibly close-up an exterior door with brick
Estimate on simple front porch
Estimate on asphalt driveway
Services needed
Drywall installation and repair
General maintenance
Painting paint removal
