the flooring under the cabinets is no longer any good and i need to have this repaired before i have the new cabinets installed. I will also need the new cabinets installed as well. i will be have these will be ready for install after the floor is done. The flooring is due to the dishwasher leaking and messing up the floor. There is no sub floor problem that i know of. I did have part of the floor done in front of the base cabinet a couple of years ago
