Handyman Job in Leetonia, Ohio

Need someone who understands hot water heater. It’s a 30 gal. Tank in a park model—former owner had this installed rather than using the small one from the factory. We put new heating elements and check valve, but after 24 hrs to 4 days the hot water is a trickle and cold. We always have decent cold water pressure. New owners are not happy and we are trying to resolve the issue
