At the moment, we're looking for someone (last minute!) with a sturdy A-frame ladder who can tape off and cut in a beam approx 12 feet high. (We MUST paint a small living room and kitchen this weekend. We plan on probably renting a sprayer.)
We will also probably soon be needing some work ahead of (and as prescribed by) an expensive licensed plumber. Drilling holes in beams and such, in preparation for the extension of gas and water lines for a fridge and gas stove.
There will be more miscellaneous work to come.
