Handyman Job in Smithfield, Virginia

I need a staircase between an upper and lower deck rebuilt -- it's too steep and unstable. I also need a wall removed from a partial enclosure on a deck that used to enclose our hot tub but will now be converted to dining space. The deck needs to have vine removed from a trellis, get power washed, and then some minor refinishing/repainting. All deck work needs to be complete with painting (except for new stairs - I know they need to cure) by July 9th, and then I have another couple of minor issues inside (garage steps need slip guards and drawer pulls in kitchen were installed with wrong screw lengths -- need to have them installed properly -- just a handful currently affected, but assume the rest will pop off too). That can be done up and until July 11th at noon. I also need a new garage door opener installed, but I am open on that time frame.
