Handyman Job in Penn Valley, California

I am seeking a reliable individual to tackle various tasks around a new nonprofit retreat property. The pay rate for this position is currently established at approx $40.00 per hour on a per-project basis. In the short term we need someone to pressure wash a courtyard and fountain, ideally within 1 week. (We have a pressure washer on site). Also to move some large rocks around a drainage ditch that have been falling into the ditch. There will be more projects on an ongoing basis.
