Handyman Job in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

We are Looking for a Unique Individual that can Meet ALL of the Following Specific Criteria: 1- Must be HONEST & RELIABLE! 2 - Must be Bi-lingual / Speak Spanish & English Fluently. 3 - Must have Own Pick Up Truck, NO Cars. 4 - Must have Their Own Non-Powered & Powered Tools. 5 - Must be Drug Free & Willing to Accept Random Drug Tests if asked to do so. 6 - Must have a Clean Background with No Arrests and NO Convictions. 7 - Must be Experienced & Knowledgeable with at least 10 years as a Professional Handyman. 8 - Must know how to Frame, Hang Drywall, & Compound Plaster to a Level 5 Finish. (NICE Finish) 9 - Must know Basic Standard Household Plumbing work. 10 - Must know Basic Standard Household Electrical work. 11 - Must be a Team Player & Communicative with Management.
