Handyman Job in Seattle, Washington

Front - place some kind of pavers in where our gravel driveway is. (We can no longer get in and out - no traction on the gravel.) Side - lawn slopes to backyard is uneven (trying to use a wheel barrel is impossible). Level it out or terrace it down somehow. Back - the lanai has bee neglected. We believe the foundation is solid. It needs all new surfacing and steps. We would like a sun cover of some sort put over the top.
