Handyman Job in Tampa, Florida

Need help with putting decorations out - I decorate for every holiday. Light yard work - basically trimming and anything that I can't reach. I am disabled but my brain is intact - use a scooter for mobility due to severe RA. I am intelligent and a "go-getter". I need help with some things that I'm not able to do for one reason or another. Please only serious inquiries/responses. This not a joke. I'm a Christian and expect someone that can work for me without hurting me physically or mentally, non-smoker, not on the cell phone 95% of the time while working, prefer someone who is a Christian but not a must, no alcohol, no drug use unless it's prescriptions, no bringing friends over unless permission is granted first, pleasant person without a lot of cursing.
