Handyman Job in White Plains, Maryland

I'm Kimberly, a homeowner in White Plains, Maryland, and I'm searching for a skilled handyman to help with the installation of a punching/ mma bag and mount in my garage. There are two mount options I am looking at (have not purchased yet). I want to find someone that can provide assistance with choosing the right one and want to ensure that the bag and/or mount will NOT fall on my car and/or damage the houses structure.
