Handyman Job in Hammonton, New Jersey

Job Description Bellevue Properties is seeking a handyman to service our commercial properties. For this job, you need experience with multiple types of repair and maintenance. You must have basic construction skills, be organized and professional. We are looking for someone who has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Please be well rounded and have experience with plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. There will be work that requires you to climb a ladder, such as cleaning out gutters and roof maintenance. Must have your own truck and tools. You’ll be communicating with our tenants as well as reporting directly to our administration team so communication is a huge to us! Responsibilities & Requirements but NOT limited too • Must have light carpentry experience • Must have light plumbing experience • Must have light electrical experience • Must have own truck. • Must have own tools. • Must have valid driver’s license. • Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs., reach, stand, kneel. • Must be able to climb a ladder. • Must be detail oriented, and have excellent communication skills. • Must have great knowledge/skills/methods of construction. • Must be able to execute multiple projects at different locations. • Excellent customer service. • Must be thorough and complete each job from start to finish.
