I'm looking for a reliable, honest, competent handyman that is available next week, April 28 - May 3 to take care of a number of small tasks around my house. Including, a little outside house painting, remove attic screens, install crawlspace screens, replace and paint some bad wood around the outside of the house, minor concrete patching, pressure clean roof and things like that. House is on Griffing Blvd, between 125th and 135th. Chosen person must have their own tools. Please let me know if you have an hourly rate or give me an example of how you charge.
