Handyman Job in Bancroft, Ontario

Hi there, I have an 11 year old vacation trailer on my own property. Just recently had a sudden water issue where well connects to trailer - got that fixed but the next weekend I came back to a stuffy mouldy smell in bedroom where the water connects. Have aired out and have dehumidifier running need to find out if the water damaged insulation behind the wall so need to remove panelling and have a look - way over my head. Don’t want to let it go too long. Never found water inside so I think damage must be behind the wall. Once that is repaired I would like to have someone who can do just some regular maintenance chores as well that I can’t aways get to. Hope you can help.
