Handyman Job in Lawrenceville, Georgia

Need to have regular handyman to knock out everything from door repair, window repair, sheetrock, painting, build shelves, possibly some outdoor clean-up (if you do that too), etc... I could see 10-20 hrs/week for next couple of months or long-term, possibly even full time (40 hours). Because of the regular work, would like a lower hourly or daily rate vs a per-project rate. Looking at $15-$20/hr preferably. Need non-smoker, honest, and hard worker.
