Handyman Job in Santa Cruz, California

A single handyman to help me repair and replace items and provide one time maintenance for my older wood framed buildings. All tools and materials will be provided. Some supervision and training is provided. Flexible schedule, regular breaks and casual work environment. Please be respectful of social distancing and wearing a mask. 1. Lite carpentry, create opening in existing wall for a new door opening, install new door. 2. Lite demolition of termite damaged walls, some heavy lifting required. 3. Install small concrete slab, wood floor covering replacement and lite metal frame installation. 4. Replace a small roof, roof shingles and eaves. 5. Two window replacements, some framing required. 6. Sink fixtures and counter repair and replacement required. 7. Water heater replacement and bath tub installation required. 8. Repair and replace wood siding, sand, prime paint existing exterior siding. 9. Re-Route landscaping irrigation and install small retaining wall, some heavy lifting required. 10. Relocate small wall mounted space heater, on exterior wall.
