I have a home that is currently rented. From time to time the tenants will call with an issue that needs attention. I am seeking a long term business relationship with a reliable / fair / honest handyman that I can call when this happens. I also need someone to take on upkeep projects such as exterior painting, replace kitchen cabinets, replace exterior doors , shed repair, tree trimming etc. Timely service, quality work and open communication a must! Last handyman I had for 15 years. He is no longer able to work do to health issues.
