I need the ceiling in the downstairs hallway repaired as a result of a water leak from an upstairs bathroom. The leak has been taken care of but the plumber does not do drywall., There is another hole in the wall at the top of the stairs that needs new dry wall patch approx 2' x 2'. I need the furnace filter changed. It is located in a 6' high crawl space. Easy access. i need bed mattress turned (adjustable bed).
