Job # 1 Build a wooden box ( with a easy open/close panel ) around the electricity meter that is on the outside of the house so it can be protected from weather Job # 2 Build access panel door to water meter that is in crawl space near the exterior wall of house foundation Last spring frost cap cracked on the meter due exposure from winter temps Both jobs are outside work so they don't need tenant's scheduling approval.
