Handyman Job in Eastland, Texas

I'm a parent/guardian of a resident of Rockhouse in Eastland. Rockhouse is a group home for special needs adults. There are 13 residents at this particular home in Eastland. They currently have two basketball poles that need to be removed from their court and they need a new pole installed. One of the existing poles in set in the concrete play surface. It needs to be cut off and the hole filled with patching cement. The other old pole is burried in the ground just off the surface and you can dig down a bit and just cut it off. The new pole has a four foot offset so it can be burried off the court. It will need a 4' deep hole and set with concrete.
