Need someone in the uniontown area who is comfortable answering the phone from tenants to perform minor repairs, and coordinate any major ones. Should be capable of doing things like unclogging drains or fixing leaks /minor carpentry, as well as knowing when something is out of their wheelhouse and being able to coordinate repairs with specialist contractors where required
