Handyman Job in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

I am currently seeking a experienced contractor for several rental properties to preform the job duties such as HEATING AND AIR, minor electrical, plumbing, drywall, roof patching and minor repairs on scheduled day's through out the month's. This job is only hiring a contractor who can preform all job functions listed. This is a part time position 2-3 days a week no more than 8hrs a day. We are willing to work around your schedule. "Must have your own tool's including a 40 ft ladder." Must have transportation. We will provide the materials for the job. $25- 30/hr firm and no negotiations!!! This price be based off the job and your experience. Same day payment Available... "We will not pay per job."
