I have quite a bit rental properties, and I offen find myself in need of a handy man. They all located in central SE area like Dover, Penbrooke area.
Currently one of my tenant has been helping me but I would like to find someone I can rely on. Someone I can call when there is issues.
Also, I'm looking for someone who can do showing, lease agreement, move in and move out inspection. I live far from my rental it would be nice to find someone who can do all kinds of things.
