Handyman Job in Kenosha, Wisconsin

We are looking for a handyman to take care of quality repairs, small remodeling jobs and home improvement projects. We own 21 rental properties, manage another 20 for our clients and run a full service real estate brokerage company with clients that need basic tasks completed prior to listing and/or closing. We are looking for someone with a strong background of skilled tradesman experience, including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, minor electrical, minor plumbing, tiling, landscaping and other trades. Must have outstanding communication skills with customers, be self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. Specific Responsibilities: Complete small to medium repairs, remodeling, and home improvement projects Job Requirements: Skilled tradesman with 10-plus years of experience in home maintenance/repair, remodeling or related trades Must have own tools fit for many job types Team player who can work independently
