We need a handyman for our Airbnb Management company who can support our clients with Installing Home Automation systems, Digital light switches, thermostats, keypad doors, camera/security system and more.
This person will be visiting EACH property EVERY month to check batteries, light bulbs, swap filters on AC/FAN systems, drains, washing machine, vacuum cleaner and do an assessment of the entire property to ensure functionality & efficiency - if it's a 5 minute or less fix it gets taken care of right then, if it's a larger job we price it out to the client and fix it then or come back later to fix it.
