Handyman Job in West Hollywood, California

We are a boutique property management company located in West Hollywood, managing apartment buildings, houses, and commercial properties in the greater LA area. We are looking for a dependable maintenance technician to join our team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Completing work orders efficiently and professionally - Vacant unit turnovers - Maintaining the cleanliness of the property grounds as needed - Providing excellent customer service to tenants - Troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general maintenance issues Candidate should be knowledgeable in: - Electrical - Plumbing, including clearing drains and sewer lines - Minor appliance repairs - Painting and drywall repair - Carpentry repairs - Window screens and blinds - Removing bulk trash (including appliances) Requirements: 1. Must have reliable transportation 2. Must have own tools 3. Must have a cell phone 4. Must be available for occasional emergency calls after hours and on weekends Full-time and part-time positions available Compensation: $20 - $28 per hour, depending on experience, plus mileage reimbursement
