Hi there.
2 weeks ago we found a busted pipe in our floor, now that everything is patched we need to get our laminate floors redone and the walls that were damaged from tape repainted. The room is approximately 10x10 that’s the most pressing issue.
Next one is - regrouping of my on-suite shower just the bottom ones and reselling of the glass and my sink.
Third one is wire from my tv need to be hidden.
