Looking to establish ongoing relationship with qualified maintenance person to do misc repairs and maintenance to my rental properties in Chillicothe IL. Need your own hand tools and reliable transportation. I am willing to pay a $20 per hour via cash ap or paypal (or check if preferred). Will pay minimum 2.5 hours per call out ($50 minimum per day/trip). Will also accept fixed price quotes if handyman prefers. Prompt, reliable and curteous to tenants is a must.
