Handyman Job in Moline, Illinois

I'd like to hire someone who is capable of most repairs, maintenance, or projects around the house. If you don't know how to do something, my hope is you will have reliable and trustworthy referrals. I'm new to the area, and I didn't have a positive experience with my realtor to use as a reference. So, my local contacts are nil. What is needed immediately... First, grading needs to be done in both the front and back of the house, located underneath a porch and deck. Clearing out both areas would be necessary. I have purchased top soil to aid in this project. Second, my basement does need to be waterproofed (have had a couple of pros come out to quote the job), though until I'm able to begin that project, I have some areas that can be repaired and prepped. I'm not entirely sure what needs to be done, but I'd like to not have my basement pool with water every time it rains, at least for another year. After that, I have many other areas where work is needed and/or wanted (lighting, outlets, windows, doors, garage). Ultimately, I'd love to have someone I can call when something goes awry! NOTE: I'm fully vaccinated and still wearing a mask, and if we're indoors, I'd really appreciate your safety. Thanks!!
