Handyman Job in Phoenix, Arizona

Need a general handyman who needs and wants to work; for sporadic yet regular, dependable pay, who lives reasonably close to NW Phoenix/ Deer Valley area where 90% of properties are located, inside the 101, west of the 51 and east of the I-17. Pay can be by the job but prefer one regular handyman for an hourly rate. Must speak English to a fairly good degree, be honest, reliable, & competent, and able to work independently or w/ a small group of workers. Handyman may subcontract an extra worker or two as needed for a larger job like a large paint job or mid-sized house remodel, etc. Needs general handyman skills. Owners are experienced , 25 years, live in the same area and are fair and honest and have never bounced a check ever. lol Thank you!
