We are a small property management firm that services 6 small buildings in Queens and Brooklyn (they are all within a 5 mile radius). Now Hiring: Experienced, professional Superintendent with strong emotional intelligence. Include References. This is an hourly-paying job. Shower body repair or installation. Complete Laminate/Hardwood Flooring and Installation Hardwood floor repair. Complete Tile Work and Installation. Cutting tiles. Electrical Troubleshooting. Install fans, switches, outlets. Carpentry Door Framing. Additional skills that would be relevant: Camera installation. Intercom installation. Sheetrocking installation, plaster finishing, and painting. Please list any and all tools you have available that are relevant to this position.
