Handyman Job in Binghamton, New York

We are a property management company that is looking for a friendly and positive individual to perform maintenance work on a high volume of residential homes in Binghamtom,Buffalo,Rochester,Ithaca, and Syacuse County.. The individual in this role must possess professionalism, patience and perseverance. They must also be productive and creative, in that they make sure to adhere to specific instructions and guidelines with attention to detail, execute daily activities as well as being disciplined with time management. They must be a good listener and good with their hands. In addition this person must be proficient in using e-mail and the internet. This is a full time position, 40 hours per week, available immediately for the right candidate. Work Duties: - Completing daily work routes (5-10 properties per day) - Take photos of all work (before, during and after) - Submit and report results on a daily basis - Good verbal and written communication skills - Professional manner - Organized and detail oriented - Trustworthy and reliable - Have own tools (including generator, air compressor and ladder) - Have own work truck or cargo van Jobs will include but are not limited to: Grass Cuts, Snow removals, Debris Removals, Lock Changes, Roofing, Landscaping, Board Ups, Mold Remediation, Cleaning, Construction, Carpentry, Minor Plumbing, Minor Electric, Pumping Flood Water, Install Appliances/Fixtures, Painting, Drywall.
