Repair roof leak between glass/metal sunroom and wood/cedar shake roof. Area of repair 22,5 x 7(x2 sides). Needs new sealant I’ll around, new flashing . Replace and paint wood strips, some cedar shakes replacement. I am 89 yo. Don’t feel like falling ten feet any more .tring to get work done before winter sets in .
