Handyman Job in Kailua Kona, Hawaii

My renters have to be out by Sept. 15 and I would like to rent the apt. Oct 1. The renters have been there for 5 years and I am sure there is work to be done but won't know for sure what needs to be done until they are out. They told me that there was a broken tile on the countertop and some of the bullnose came off ( I don't know if it is broken). Can you work in this timeframe?
