2 electric outlets (external) need to be checked out/fixed. Simtek fence needs repair. Simtek is a special product with galvanized steel inside of the posts to withstand hurricanes, therefore can not be cut, installation has to be precise. Knowledge of the product is required. One of the posts needs to be redone because of the water damage, so 2-3 panels need to be removed (nails to be removed), hole prepared properly with the wooden box inside the ground, around the post for extra support. Not a big job, will pay fair. Thank you in advance for considerations. We are in Findley creek.
