Growing property management company for 20 units (30 by end of 2017) looking for a reliable, trustworthy person with skills including, not limited to: dry wall repair/painting, minor appliance/plumbing, minor electric, HVAC, etc. This person will be required to be on call after normal business hours and weekends for emergency repairs. All properties located in Howard County. Great experience if you are looking to break into the property management industry.
