Handyman Job in Sanford, North Carolina

I have several smaller projects around my home that I need to get done. #1 The front porch currently has two beams that need to be replaced. It does not have a railing and I would like to consider that as an option for installation. #2 The front screen door. It has been caught several times by the wind and there is damage to both the door and door frame. If I had a railing around the front porch it probably would have minimized the damage. I would like to remove the front screen door and leave it off and fix the frame. Depending upon overall cost I may put a new screen door on. #3 I have a small kitchen and hallway that will need to be painted. In the kitchen there is "tape" that joins the wall to the ceiling and is starting to come away from the wall a bit. I would like that to fixed. #4 Once the kitchen is painted I have some pre-built cabinets that need to be installed. #5 I need a small deck pressure washed. It has old paint flaking off of it. Additionally, I would like to get my fence pressure washed to get the "crud" off it.
