There was a small bit of water damage up from a floor drain in the finished basement. I need a small portion of carpet pulled up, new underlayment installed, a small portion of affected drywall removed and replaced, as well as a fan to dry the area out.
Once repairs are done, a good steam cleaning of the affected areas is needed.
Affected area is about 50 square feet approximately.
