Skilled handyman/handywoman to undertake a variety of day-to-day tasks. You will be an integral part of ensuring that our guesthouse operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities. Follow operations workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency Greet and assist guests when they arrive at the business Make sure the property is ready for the guest or owner. Oversee cleaners and make sure they are performing as expected Check all outdoor areas that surround the property Establish cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job-be a team player Respond to customer complaints and special requests Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
