We need an experienced fixer - someone who wants to be hands-on in multiple aspects of our day-to-day operation, from basic home repair and maintenance to larger-scale home renovation contracting projects. We take hard work very seriously, and you'll have plenty of opportunities for exposure to our clients, to work within our unique portfolio of homes and for recognition and advancement. 2.) You have a strong work ethic, know your way around a toolbox and are very practical / creative with your hands. You also have excellent attention to detail and take pride in doing a job thoroughly, properly, and in record time. But you'll also know when to call it quits, before things get out of hand. 3.) You are a mentor and a leader. You love teaching others the skills you have spent years developing and are able to clearly communicate technical knowledge to people with little technical experience. 4.) You have led contracting projects with teams from beginning to end. You know how to source the materials and time needed to accomplish these projects efficiently. 5.) You have a friendly demeanor, are presentable and able to interact with all sorts of people, whether it be doormen at high-end properties or distressed guests visiting from out of town.
