I have over 20 years experience in residential multi-phase construction. I am a skilled carpenter with experience with room additions, remodeling kitchens and bathrooms or repairing anything related to residential construction with the exception of tile installation and drywall texturing. I am used to working alone and I have the tools to complete most any job. I also have experience with rental property maintenance and repair. I am willing to work for time and materials on small projects. I perform all of the project work and labor quickly and cleanly. I have done or built all of the following in a professional capacity: *** Rough carpentry - foundation to finish - concrete forming and placement, production framing and roof stacking, decks, arbors, retaining walls and gazebos. *** Finish carpentry - setting doors, cabinets, custom hardwood floors, top nail, or engineered hardwood floors. Installing crown molding, wainscoting ,appliances, finish hardware *** Minor electrical work - switches, receptacles and all electrical fixtures. *** Pluming - Custom showers, sinks, water heaters, garbage disposals etc. ... everything except Pex, gas or sewer pipes. *** Interior painting - brush and airless spraying I have repaired: roofs, termite, dry-rot, water, structural and fire damaged buildings or homes. Working on short notice if you have an emergency is a possibility. I have a professional license in a relevant construction field but I am not a professional Contractor.
