Handyman Job in Delafield, Wisconsin

We are looking to get some laminate flooring done downstairs in our clinic. It is in a basement and would be for a yoga room. Currently the floor is concrete with a thin layer of carpeting over it. Since the room is going to be used for yoga, we would like some way to insulate it to keep the floor a little warmer for patients. We are thinking of a laminate floating floor but are open to any suggestions on a way to keep the floor a little more insulated. The area needing the flooring is roughly 200 square feet. We will be purchasing the wood ourselves from the Home Depot but need to find someone to install the flooring. Looking to get this done asap.
