There is a leak in my ensuite shower stall that has come through the ceiling downstairs. I can not locate the source of the leak but I suspect it is coming from the drain in the centre of the shower. Downstairs a hole needs to be cut into the ceiling to try and identify the actual source of the leak. The leak will then need to be fixed and confirmed that the leak has been stopped then the ceiling needs to be repaired and painted so that it blends in with the rest of the ceiling. Additionally, I have a sink that is not draining and another where the plug needs resetting so that the sink retains the water.
