Hi,
I manage nearly ten properties, some with multiple units, and have been trouble finding and maintaining good handymen. I am looking for someone who is willing to work as my personal, on-call handyman overseeing all of my properties for a part-time rate. I'm looking to pay $25/hr for services such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other general work.
