Handyman Job in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota

Looking for a quote on a bathroom ceiling fix. I bought a flipped house about 5 years ago and for some reason in the bathroom the popcorn ceiling has fallen off in a few place but it still stuck in other places. It didn't get wet and there is no leak so the Sheetrock is still good. Would like the popcorn all removed and the ceiling just painted unless it would look better to put popcorn back up. Looking to list the house as soon as possible - so wondering what the price would be for something like this and how soon you would have time to do it. I am located in Brooklyn Park - and I would estimate the bathroom is around 40 square feet. Also need a few other small items like a new drain plug put in the tub.
